Our experience includes negotiation and drafting of design, design-build, construction and management contracts for construction and renovation of various types of office, retail, industrial, single-family, multi-family and military housing, resorts, golf courses, and tenant improvements.

We also have significant experience in litigation of construction-related disputes in state and federal courts and in mediation and arbitration of construction-related claims under the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and other arbitration organizations.
