An elected Fellow of the prestigious American College of Real Estate Lawyers since 1987, he is particularly regarded for his work on high-profile commercial projects that include nationally recognized hotel, resort and golf course developments, as well as large-scale office, residential, retail and entertainment complexes from coast-to-coast.

Hardin is the newest addition to the state’s largest real estate and corporate/commercial legal teams, both of which have perennially received top marks from Chambers USA Guide to America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.

“Lloyd’s reputation for handling major real estate and commercial matters, both regionally and nationally, is both well known and highly respected by his peers and clients alike, and his impressive portfolio of work speaks for itself,” said managing director Richard Nix. “We’re obviously pleased to add his caliber of talent to our firm and anxious to leverage our firm’s significant resources, depth and expertise in real estate, commercial transactions and tax law for the added benefit of his clients.”

Hardin’s achievements in the area of real estate law have also earned him perennial inclusion in leading industry publications such as The Best Lawyers in America and Oklahoma Super Lawyers.

Appointed by the Japanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the approval of the U.S. Department of State, Hardin serves as the Honorary Consul General of Japan for the State of Oklahoma and is an appointed member of the Oklahoma Governor’s International Team, where he has advised the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the Oklahoma Legislature, the Secretaries of State and of Commerce and other cabinet secretaries with respect to international matters.
