On April 16, 2020, President Trump announced his three-phase plan to reopen the American economy. State governors and city mayors are also starting to plan for lifting “stay-at-home” restrictions. Employers are now faced with the daunting challenge of knowing when to return employees to the workplace, and what policies and processes need to be in place before reopening the workplace.
