In their presentation at McAfee & Taft’s 2017 Corporate Counsel Seminar titled “The Moving Landscape in Environmental Law: What it means to business,” environmental attorneys Derek Hardberger and Garry Keele provide insights as to what changes in philosophy, policy, regulations and enforcement practices businesses can expect from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) under the Trump administration. Key issues under review by the EPA include Superfund/NPL and Brownfields, Waters of the United States, National Ambient Air Quality Standards, and climate change.

The presentation includes a discussion of what impact the state’s budget woes likely will have on the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ).
