Christian S. Huckaby, a trial lawyer with nearly 25 years experience successfully representing energy companies, manufacturers, transportation companies, and insurance carriers in both jury and non-jury trials in state and federal courts, has joined McAfee & Taft, the state’s largest law firm.

Over the course of his career, Huckaby has developed extensive experience representing clients in litigation involving a variety of tort claims and requiring the skillful examination and cross-examination of expert witnesses before and at trial. In addition to defending pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and distributors in product liability litigation, he has also represented businesses and their insurance companies in lawsuits alleging personal injury and negligence arising from construction defects, transportation accidents, and premises liability.

His achievements have earned him inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Oklahoma Super Lawyers.

Huckaby is a 1995 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a member of Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, and American Bar Association.
