Kirsten Pfeiffer is a trial lawyer and former federal law clerk whose practice is focused on the resolution of complex business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts, mediations, and arbitration proceedings. As a litigator, she represents insurers in claims and coverage disputes, defends manufacturers and distributors in product liability litigation, and represents both individuals and companies in a broad range of other general civil litigation matters.
From 2024–2025, Kirsten served as a law clerk to the Honorable John D. Russell, district judge in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
Kirsten earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Oklahoma State University in 2013 and graduated with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2023. While in law school, she served as articles selection editor of the Tulsa Law Review, competed in the 2022 National Health Law Moot Court Competition, was honored with the George & Jean Price Award for Legal Reasoning and Writing, earned four CALI awards for academic excellence, and was named to the Order of the Curule Chair. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert E. Bacharach of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Gregory K. Frizzell of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma.
Prior to attending law school, Kirsten worked as a policy service coordinator for a Kansas City-based specialty regional insurance carrier for four years.
